Amidst the gargoyles of Washington (D.C.) Cathedral, some of the last remaining Italian-American stone carvers demonstrate their traditional skills and exchange lively stories about their customs and work experiences. Shows that from the Gothic cathedrals of Europe to the beaux-arts skyscrapers of New York, these carvers have brought enduring beauty to the environment.
