Notice no asterisk*. I was billed for a reasonable clearly stated $20 delivery charge online, but which ballooned to $80 when FedEx arrived at the door. I did not select express shipping. When I politely asked for a rebate, I was lectured as though I was dim for not reading the very fine print, Who does? The online interface needs to be more like Amazon, which is crystal clear and so far fail proof.


Update: Went to the top and issue resolved amicably. The product is great, just order fulfillment needs to be fixed. Until then we will buy in retail outlets.
