Upon waking in the morning, Motörhead's Lemmy [1945-2015] would have a shot of whiskey (eventually naively replaced by vodka as it seemed to him to be healthier) chased by a can of beer. Total daily consumption varied but several bottles of Jack Daniel's were often drained by bedtime.
